Vasisthasana

Improves shoulder, arm, lower body, abdominal strength. Increases hip alignment and stability, balance, and overall body awareness. Fire, Pitta element.

Sukhasana

Improves spinal alignment, calm/focus, flexibility, meditation awareness. Light, water, earth,Kapha/Pitta elements.

Natarajasana

Tones hips, stretches quads, hamstrings, and calfs. Opens heart, tones arms/shoulders, improves balance and spinal extension. Air and fire, Vata/Pitta elements.

Bakasana

Strengthens arms/shoulders, improves body awareness, strengthens hips/glutes, improves balance/confidence, flexibility, and endurance. Fire, Pitta element.

Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana

Improves balance and flexibility of the hip, lumbar spine, and hamstrings. Earth and water, Kapha/Pitta elements.

Anjaneyasana

Opens heart, improves balance, stretches hip flexors, strengthens legs, increases energy. Fire, water, earth, Pitta/Kapha elements.
